Description

Fredie-Pedersen Performing Arts Schools has since 1935 offered professional dance educations. It was also Fredie-Pedersen who broke the monopoly of the Danish National Theatre School by opening up Denmark’s first private musical theatre school back in 1984 called "International School Of Performing Arts".

The International Dance Academy was founded in 2008 by third generation Fredie-Pedersen, Sonny Fredie Pedersen. The artistic director & principal of I.D.A. is Søs Fredie-Pedersen who has more than 30 years of experience in educating professional dancers.

Our long, invaluable experience and expertise naturally benefits our students. A vast number of International Dance Academy alumni have careers as professional dancers, choreographers and/or instructors in professional show business across the world.
